Shugo Amihama (網浜 秀吾 Amihama Shūgo?) is a student at Yamanami High School who was a swimmer when he was in middle school.
Appearance[]
Shugo is of fair complexion with a stern face. His body is lean from his previous years as a swimmer. He has black hair which he parts on the side and bangs that hang over his right eye; in which is the color of water.
He wears his uniform properly without adding any extra detailing or adding too little effort.
Personality[]
Shugo is a level-headed and brilliant young man. Even since his split from swimming he is indecisive of what he wants to do, often switching between many things to find his purpose.
He is very much expressionless in his face and monotoned while talking about topics that are usually not spoken about in a neutral tone. He often is seen with a scowl instead of a smile but he cares for the people he has befriended now.
Knowing that with them he may beat his brother and now having something his brother doesn't have makes him confident.
Etymology[]
- The name Shugo means "excellent, outstanding" (秀) (shu) and "I, me" (吾) (go).
- Shugo's surname Amihama means "net/network" (網) (ami) and "beach, seashore/seaside" (浜) (hama).
