Akihisa Fukui (福井 晃久 Fukui Akihisa?) is the captain of the water polo club at Rikka Gakukan highschool.
Appearance[]
Akihisa has a very lean frame, similar to those of runners. He has pale skin with his usual neutral face and gray colorless eyes make's him appear stern. His middle parted well groomed onyx hair frames his face alongside round black glasses.
He cleans up nice and keeps his uniform properly done.
